The big one evades us once again! But that's okay, there's always next time 😉 Our Holiday card tradition carries on at the cabin and we want to extend a massive 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮 for following us throughout the past 3 winters to our special place. We anticipate this may have been one of the pups last journeys out there with their growing age. We hope you enjoy the video ❤ ~ Eric & Arielle

Ive never known an hour to go by so quickly here on You Tube. I didn't want it to end. This vid encompassed your personalities, your hard work and your compassion and love for Beau and Bandit. From the UK, I began following you at the beginning of the pandemic and while being isolated you took me into your world and I was able to escape with you into the beauty and your life in Alaska. I don't know if you will ever be able to know just how much that meant during such a difficult time, not just for me but many, many others. My heartfelt thanks go to you and I wish you all the very best in whatever you do next. Hugs from across the pond.

We are old folks and wish we’d had the foresight as you’ve had to put our youthful selves onto such endeavours as you’ve done. Rekeost (and the other tube cheese) is really easy to take with you when hiking. Lots of people just put some plain bread in their backpack and their cheese of choice, and when they need some food - they'll take out a piece of bread and add the cheese. It's good to remember that we rarely have very hot weather in Norway, so it doesn't spoil over several days. You could take it out with you for your trips. As for the sardines - It doesn't store well after opening, so it should be eaten the same day. As for the oil, you can pour over your dogs food. Our old dog would get the oil from the sardines, and his fur would get really shiny and bouncy. Leverpostei - I eat it most days for lunch. I use a little less than you, and spread it out more than you did though, but it's a simple, easy, cheap, and stores well when unopened without refrigeration. Opened and stored in the fridge, it's fine for 5-6 days, if you keep it from drying out (put it upside down on a small plate for instance).

I know it’s a lot of hard work but your magical moments are epic, I have been following you for a few years now and I have to say I feel a little sad seeing the dogs grow old however you have gave them the best life a dog can ask for. Seeing you both at the cabin and fishing laughing and fooling around like best friends who happen to be deeply in love shows how beautiful humanity can be in the harshest of environments. I was so excited when I saw how long the video was. Absolutely amazing! As a huge dog lover, I totally understand the boys not being able to make that trip again. My fur baby is getting older too, and it’s hard. Here is praying that you all continue to have many more adventures together. Even if they are not at the cabin. The end of the video was so beautiful I cried! Y’all are so blessed, and we are so blessed for you allowing us to share in your lives. 🐶🐶❤️

Lovely video guys. What a remembrance of you and your pups enjoying and working hard at the cabin, I don't know why but it almost made me cry. Beautiful ending to your video.

Pulled at my heart strings when you said this was the last trip for one of the dogs😞. But senior dogs are definitely not up for such big adventures. Glad to see that they got to see the Alaskan wild so much. And here's to more times just chilling at the new homestead with the doggos
