Reapers aren’t good or evil. They simply ferry souls to their intended destinations. They don’t choose who dies or where that soul goes. They just show up and do their job. They can’t force the soul to move on either, but they know what will happen to the soul if it doesn’t move on. That’s why they try to convince the soul to go but they don’t force them.

Christopher Heyerdahl is the actor who played Alastair #2 in this episode. He’s a great actor and he’s particularly good with accents and altering his voice.

CAS! I feel so much joy when he comes on screen like stuff is about to happen

I really don't think on a show like Supernatural you should be praying for the writers to not mess with someone, even the main characters lmfao.

Besides the obvious good looks of the actresses that played them, Tessa captured my attention with her soft kindness, her empathy; Sarah was/is a no non-sense woman who knew exactly what she wanted without being aggressive. Those are well-written and well-acted characters. I like Jo, too, but I must admit that I prefer her mother and it was the case from the first time we saw the Harvelle women. Maybe Saran would be like Ellen 20 years from now if she stays around hunters...

May be an unpopular opinion but I actually love the decision of all three actors who played Alastair to channel Marlon Brando for the voice. I think it adds so much to the creep factor. It makes everything he says funny in a "wait this shouldn't be funny" evil kind of way. It was an inspired choice in my opinion. This third actor, Christopher Heyerdahl, took it and ran. He hit it out of the park. I love it when he's on screen. Jensen actually said he felt out acted by him in the next episode.

The 4 episode before this one didnt progress the story. And was really boring episodes
@isaacwelch97362 жыл бұрын
@@prettylag9409 that’s the type of show this is. It’s a MotW type show. Especially in early seasons. In fact, most shows from this era are like that. They don’t do much for plot, but they are good for character development.

Christopher Heyerdahl is easily the BEST Alistair - he gets better and creepier.
@tierneybeckett3 жыл бұрын
Alistair's voice pisses me off, too. Which is a shame because I love the actor. He's in a lot of great shows and sounds absolutely nothing like that.
