I would just use the drippings that we're in the bottom of the pan when finished cooking. I might just slice the cooked chicken and pour the drippings over that. Looks yummy...I am making this for dinner tonight!

Made this today..theres only enough seasoning for one frozen chicken breast you will need to adjust accordingly if you have more pieces.I didnt have thyme so i used poultry seasoning instead..I will definitley make again the flavor was really good sort of like a rotissere chicken you buy in the store..Thanks

I cooked it for 37 minutes at 200 celsius and the internal temperature was at 100 celsius... I should have went with my gut and checked it regularly but I was super tired. No sauce at home so time to chug down these pieces of dry chicken with some water just for the nutrients. You live and you learn
