@@JoseTorres-cx9ib whenever i could, everyday, every 5 minutes, whenever i have a spare time, why? Because the arm muscles or the forearm specifically, they are stubborn muscles, pretty stubborn, you gotta hit them hard, everyday anytime you could to get those results you want, the 3 top lifts like Devon said, pronation, rising, and cupping, train these 3 and you will not lose again in armwrestilng.

@@dodo2829 As a person specializing in grip and armwrestling training, I fully agree. As long as your tendons can handle frequent training, the muscles recover very, very quick and are very stubborn with growth, as you said :) Ofc, if your tendons and joints get sore, rehab with high reps until you recover and keep going. I've, knock on wood, never been injured with training this way.

@@pistamessi yes I've been doing exactly that, whenever i get injured, i do a rehab with high reps, but i have a natural built strength, like i almost beat someone that has been armwrestilng for 3 years, and i started a month ago, he is the 5th in my city, i have pretty strong joints and tendons "naturally" i have only 1 issue... I can't find a training partner, they either don't want to armwrestle with me, or just don't want to get injured. No one is supporting me on this, but F it, i want to be an armwrestler, not like for money, it's just i like armwrestilng.

I love seeing all thsee incredibly complex training machines and methods and computers.... and yet the strongest people I have ever seen are people who have that "farmboy" strength. In highschool I worked out with my brother at our local Gold's Gym, and there were lots of roided out "Gym bros" who spent 4+ hours at the gym every day, doing the latest lifting fads, and spending half of that time just wandering around looking for girls to hookup with/standing next to loaded bars without actually lifting them. But a few times a week, this unassuming looking ginger kid came in, lifted EXTREMELY heavy weight and embarrassed these Gym bros, then left without a fuss. He was a legit farmboy, and worked on a locally famous family farm doing everything from dairy to farming to cowboying. His build was unassuming, but his strength was absolutely disgusting, despite spending little time on the Gym. This right here is "farmboy" training. Excuse the tangent. The point is, sometimes simple is the answer, and complexity complicates a simple answer. It doesn't require a fully equipped, 10,000 sq/ft Gym to achieve real results 💪

I'm a fan of the sport. Not a historian or die hard for that matter. My limited knowledge puts Devon as the GOAT. In the last 20 years I have watched most of the top competitions and nobody has dominated ( both sides ) and contributed so much to the sport like Devon has.
