Hey tim. Tijdens de wimhof methode (ademhalings oefening) krijg ik veel druk op mijn voorhoofd. Weet jij toevallig of dit normaal is en ik het gewoon moet accepteren?

Ligt er aan hoe fanatiek je ademt. Beetje druk is ok maar als het niet goed voelt stapje terug. Missch 20x ademen, of 10x. Check TT breathing op mn kanaal ajw. 🙏🏻👊🏻

you should look up the 5 resets. Like the tibetans its a system of movements. It gives us our original strength whereas the tibetans give us our original flexibility.
