I wish i learned these skills when i was a kid I started hockey at 11 and a few years later was playing aaa And played that for 3 years got by on grind and work ethic Our coaches never taught as anything like this , regarding any skill really except some power skating stuff I had barely any innate skill always wondered how people would learn any of these skills If you didnt have free time on the ice When you dont know you dont know People are fortunate to have resources like this ! This guy is fantastic ! And free !
