Till date, none of the hero's in india hold the Raj's unbeatable record of the success rate of more than 95% in the films. Most of the Raj Kumar films always conveyed a social message and a lesson for the society. The super duper hit film Bangaarada Manushya, which ran more than 2 years, after watching this movie, thousands of people gave up their jobs in both government and private firms, returned to their natives and became agriculturists. Many alcohol addicts, abstained it after watching his film Jeevana chaitra. Dr. Rajkumar is one and only the matinee idol, to receive the prestigious National award for both acting ( santa Tukaram) and singing ( Naadamaya). Also for the feather in his cap, his movie Naandi, won the jury award at the international film festival at the France. Dr. Rajkumar also hold the record of more than 60 films of his, remade in the other languages. In 2001 one of my friends from Hyderabad and came to my room. I was listening to Rajanna's songs. After listening to just one song from Kavirathna Kalidaasa he became a fan of Rajanna's voice and in few months he bought all collections of Dr Raj Kumar hits cassettes.
