Stir fry vegetables with tofu is quick and easy to prepare at the same time a healthy recipe.
Serve it while it's hot and best partnered with freshly-steamed rice.
Ingredients:
Ingredients for mixed sauce:
30g oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
4 tbsp water
1 tsp of cornstarch
1/2 tsp sesame oil
for sauteeing:
4 cloves garlic
1 medium-sized onion
75g carrots
75g green beans
75g snow peas
40g wood ear mushrooms or tenga ng daga
mixed sauce
500g fried tofu
75g or 1 medium-sized red bell pepper
