About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.

The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

Angelo, I totally wasn't realizing what you were asking about techniques. I don't know if it's important or not, but figured I'd clarify. The biggest technique for me was self inquiry and watching the thoughts! I did those things constantly. I did it falling asleep as well. It became more effective when I finally got to the part in your book on how to really do it! I couldn't really meditate aside from briefly trying the breathing type meditations. I was not a meditator at all.

@Simply Always Awake lol yeah no problem. That was important to me to clarify. There were so many things after the interview that we realized we forgot. Like Kristie breaking her toe bumping into things 🤣... and her being so worried about not being able to care for the kids if she had an awakening because I totally ignored everyone for a while to focus on practice! Talking on camera isn't easy when you're not used to it.

@seane.9937

@@kathiescott9649 awakenings are a process of varying lengths. Some are immediate others are slower. While I was in my dark night of the soul I was still addicted to heroin. It's so hard to get off of. But the awakening process continued. I probably slowed it down with that behavior but it still continued. But honestly, this sort of thing is what we have to overcome while becoming spiritually awake. If everyone were perfect it may be a redundant process. Lying, foul language, out of control anger, many other things we have to overcome. It's a challenge for sure.

I awakened and it ended my marriage. I started to stand up for myself and setting boundaries. I was being abused verbally, controlled and manipulated. Then I became an empowered empath. It was a slow moving train crash. Lived in a shelter for months. Finally moving into my own apartment. I tried to encourage her to try meditation etc. But it's not really up to me. Now I'm living a life of freedom. Focusing on my kids and enjoying life.

Unexpectedly, I can't stop crying. Their story of a few years only highlights my decades of suffering and seeking freedom. I feel the death and emptiness since the glimpse. But I still don't feel love. How can I still feel so much self hatred? I want to love life. I've wanted it longer than they have even been alive.
@macparker3549
@macparker3549 Жыл бұрын
Hello, LL, I feel and understand the pain and frustration. In my experience, one hidden key can be to love the self hatred. 🤨 Naturally, we want to “get to the love,” but that very movement, in a way that can be hard to see, means that we’re actually NOT loving the very thing that is present in our experience right now. Namely, that self hatred. What could be more in need of love than this inwardly directed hatred? I have no idea whether this will resonate with you, but it has been, by necessity, at the heart of my practice for years. Love and tenderness to you… 💜🤬🔥🫥⭕️

Angelo mentions Christi being the epitome of the feminine aspect of Enlightenment with the quality of surrender. Her presence really is radiating with utmost, palpable innocence. Quite amazing to see someone have this unfold so quickly for them and so deeply, albeit with a bit of botanical help at one point 🤣but it sounds like it would have happened regardless. It did give me some clues about my own practices. I've been trying to "surrender" without really knowing what that means, and I had a similar fear of death when I was very young, although I think I've mostly repressed that at this point, so maybe doing something akin to what she tried initially would be insightful, we'll see!

'Being Spiritual' feels like a hard habit to break for many, such is her intoxication prior to letting go. For me, waking up doesn't mean that the old mind habits are not still active. In the beginning, it requires a deep humility and not-knowingness of what is going on, lest the 'spiritual ego' creates a very close (but no cigar) facsimile. Just another pattern that appears to pull us behind awareness. Like a veil of obfuscation, a tendency towards 'smoke and mirror' cleverness, which takes us away from (awakening's) childlike simplicity. 🙃😊

Hi Angelo, What’s the best way to contact you about having some sort of one on one with you? My daughter who is 17 has been talking with me about this stuff for a while now and has recently had a really big shift, a dissolution of herselfand she is really freaking out. I haven’t had this shift although I have watched so many of your videos and had lots of glimpses but my daughter is definitely feeling like she has no body and no face and is really not sure how to function right now and I did talk to her for a while and it helped. But she could benefit from talking to someone who has been through the process. What do you suggest? Thank you so much. I enjoy your videos so much. She has only watched a few of them but somehow through talking to me or I don’t know what she has had this big shift and is really needing someone to talk to about it.

@@SimplyAlwaysAwake ok. I appreciate your quick responses. She is so confused and her mind is trying so hard to figure it out. She just said the cutest thing: it’s like I am an avatar and I can choose to customize myself however I want and I can’t choose anything. I don’t know how to choose anymore for some reason. She also is very sad and said she misses herself and will she ever have herself back. It’s crazy that I have watched so many videos on this and now my own daughter who hasn’t watched any is basically going through this, maybe I think, it sure seems like it. I am really at a loss. It’s funny. It’s weird. I don’t know how to help her. Thanks again for quick replies I know you are super busy so it means a lot.
