Happened to me I could not retrace my past I was just in the moment I was observing from inside my body nothing had meaning I was like that for weeks it happened out of no where all the ideas of how things should be ended took a lot of mental struggle away it was like resetting video game just living in the moment almost stress free but confused because the mind is trying to make sense of what happened It was not what you think it feel it was hell just floating around no emotion no nothing

Excellent vid. Just a note on the physics stuff: I think virtual particle pairs are what you have in mind. They appear out of the vacuum and disappear back into it. Matter and antimatter, however, both have positive mass and annihilate into energy and other particles when they meet. ;)

When I practice self inquiry, I feel like I'm rapidly approaching sleep (but I don't fall asleep). Then when I come out of self inquiry, it feels like I'm waking up again. Is this normal?

Could you do a video especially targeting non duality while thinking? Some of us know the experience when thoughts are just "thieves entering an empty house", but many of us have to think actively for much of the day because of our occupation. As a student I feel like I am constantly working on the edge of my mental (intellectual) abilities, so approaches like just waiting for the right thought to present itself don't work in my experience; In my experience there is always a lot of strain and effort involved that one can easily identify with. The other thing is, that one doesn't want to lose a train of thought, so shifting attention away from thought doesn't sound like a viable option either. So I think the question boils down to: Is it possible to realize non duality, while deliberately engaging in complicated thinking and if so, how? If not are there any other solutions? Thank you!

Thoughts originate in consciousness (before brain excitation) and the thinking event is itself non-dual. What the thoughts are 'about' might contain images of a 'duality', but that is false information/knowledge that was programmed in at some point within our consciousness. A child's mind can only mimic or accept any dualistic images, which later repeat and get reinforced. Watch the thinking. See what's false as false. De-program. Consciousness will deepen and show you more and more. Eventually it will reveal non-duality itself, and there won't be a need to think about it, unless you want to.
