It would make things worse but the ratings would be sky-high for sure, the fascination people have with all things "death" would ensure that but yeah.. the ratings would be great lol George never was shy to hold a mirror up to us and show us our dark side, and that... that made him the stand-up philosopher he was. It was funnier back when George brought this up because it was a whole new level of ridiculousness at that time. The trouble is (as with a lot of Carlin bits) with each passing year, the absurdity is almost a feasible reality. As time goes by, George becomes less of a comic and more of a prophet. Not sure that's a good thing. ;-)
