Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

If you experience knee or ankle pain walk backwards until they stop hurting. Walking backwards up stairs or dragging something along the ground will build up your knees. Doing "toe lifts" or rather shin lifts with your butt against a wall to strengthen the shins will also do wonders for the knees and ankles, and even lower back. Toe lift means the forefoot lifts off the ground. This comprehensively deels with pain from ankle weights or high activity in general.

My ankle weights are 10lbs on each leg. It definitely adds difficulty when running on the treadmill. I'm generally nervous about the impact on my joints. But I gotta say, my feet feel like feathers after.

I am 14 years old and I use ankle weights for resistance in acceleration excercises and sprinting. This works for me, and have made my acceleration a lot better! I also use them for skill moves etc. They are 2.5 lbs each, and the only thing I have experienced is a tiny bit of pain in my knee joints. Other than that I would definetly recommend using ankle weights for individual practice!!

I’ve been wearing 3 pound weights all day for three years now and my legs look great I don’t want to stop and nothing bad has happened and I haven’t gotten hurt. I could tell from firsthand experience ,they do make you faster and and actually they can make you very fast I used it and got injured and it actually took me a quite a lot of time to heal like 2 to 3 month but after that they incredibly improved my game

@@SimplySoccer I will tell you, you can wear them, but only for a limited time a day. They help me also through my nerve damage in my lower back from a devastating car accident. The weight pulls my ankles, legs, knees and L4, L5 and S1 and believe me, it helps greatly with pulling my lower vertbrate downward, allowing my trapped nerve/s to be freed and less trapped. The weight I use mostly is 1.5 pounds on each leg or 2 pounds will work as well. Don't wear them all day, but you can wear them a workout session. About 3 to 4 hours is perfect for 4 to 5 days a week for most people.

I have tried it, my friend :) All of this is simply my opinion. Obviously the best thing to do is try it out for yourself and if you start getting pains or indications of injury, ease off. Some people swear by it, some have been injured from it.

It's really up to you, but like I said, be careful. You aren't trying to develop strength through using them. Unless you are planning on doing leg raises and knee extensions with them like I went over

@@kristianpalmos4109 2.5 are good but eventually will be too easy for you. Those are more recommend for girls. You want to feel a real difference? Switch to a higher setting. I'm pondering whether to get 10 lbs each or 20lbs each. The 20lbs each leg run =40lbs total for $140 if you buy the best brand All Pro off of Amazon. $ 80 for the 10lbs on each leg =20lbs total. Cheaper brands for 30
