Becoming partners & proposals are in high school years, moving in together is in Growing Together. I believe the pack options in game options can show you which ep is responsible for that in the long video. :)

Yes they’ve always been able to do it but there was never an animation for it, just the pop up and notification that their engaged

I've absolutely had a sim autonomously propose to my sim before, and she accepted without any input from me. Now you just have the chance to say yes or no.

I have been waiting for EA to enable something like this! I hope they also enable the ability for sims to autonomously ask our sims out on a date. I haven't seen that happen. I also miss love letters like they had in Sims 3. That would be so cool!

I love it when NPCs have more autonomy, it makes it a lot easier and more lively. In my opinion it's overwhelming, and boring to do literally EVERYTHING. I would be happy if our Sims had more autonomy then I'll be happy

This actually happens to me too much since getting lovestruck. They will propose on the first or second date even if we aren’t dating. Hopefully they tune it quickly

I really wish you could turn off some of the Lovestruck features. It keeps destroying the relationships my Sims have, even though they go on dates and have the same turn-on interactions. Within minutes, their romance bar is just gone. 😭 I love the date aspect and the whole "you have to build a relationship" aspect, but if it drains so quickly and consistently while doing the interactions, it gets to be annoying and upsetting.

It was possible, but your sim would accept or reject without input from you. Now you control the answer, apparently.
