Just a reminder that to obtain a plenary indulgence for saying the rosary, it has to be said either in a church or with someone else/a group.🙏❤️

I agree. I go to confession 1-2 times a week. I feel the presence of God. I do my best not to sin but we are flawed and I know that. Rosary has taught me a lot.

I had this experience of a soul in purgatory. Not that he appeared to me or anything like that, but I felt like he was 'screaming' at me to pray for him. So I do, and now his screaming isn't as strong. I believe this works!

I love St. Alphonsus ligouri the Glories of Mary had this touching story of a witness of Our Lady of Sorrows saving a man. He killed his brother and Dad and then confessed it the priest said go ask our Lady of Sorrows infront of her statue. The man was seen crying then died! The priest felt bad gave him a funeral then upon that day while the Requim Mass was going a dove flew through the church landed on the casket and had a note on his leg. The note read by the priest said because of Our Lady this soul is certainly in Heaven! This brings tears to my eyes like if a murderer made it this gives me hope since I struggle with scruples and feel like I'm going to hell but remember this story!

Well, if Jesus could forgive a thief and promise him heaven on the same day, why not this? The only person who likes to reduce the power of God’s mercy would be the devil.

When gaining plenary indulgences, I think we should always make a serious effort to be detached from all sin. Mary dots her i's and crosses her t's (she went to the Purification after all!), and she encourages us to follow the rules of the Church. I'm sure if we ask her, she'll help us be totally detached from all sin. :)

Absolutely FANTASTIC and inspiring series! Could you add the closed captions onto this video (& all) your videos, for those like me with hearing impairments? THANK YOU!!! May God bless you and your loved ones, and may He send the Holy Ghost through the Blessed Virgin Mary to sanctify us and guide us into all truth, virtue, and charity.

Is it possible for one to give plenary indulgence to Mother Mary so that she can use it for that person's soul or any other souls in purgatory? Or Is it compulsory for us to decide whether it is for ourselves or for a soul in purgatory?

Hello my dear friend Gabi. Can I ask you something? Is it necessary to confess venial sins or not? The priest said that during Mass, the venial sins are forgiven already. Thanks and GOD BLESS.
@nataliabenoit46533 жыл бұрын
It is very important you confess every sin. You increase in grace. You strengthen your relationship with God and the gift on the altar increases that sanctifying grace when taken after confession. It all goes together. Do you aim for Heaven or purgatory? If purgatory I would rethink those goals be a saint!

@@biancafuller5556 lol yes it is. I laugh because in our homeschool the virtue of the month is patience. The theological conversations on that with my 9 year old daughter is hilarious. She questions first saying "well what is patience". I first explain its derivative then the definition. Then she says well what if it isn't much suffering then is it still a virtue? If you know of any good talks on this virtue please let me know.
