You're saying his name correctly. "SOS" is considered the best of his songs for demonstrating what he can do, because it's fairly short, and includes a variety of his special abilities (although not all of them.)

We talk of " souls" within us . I've never actually SEEN one, no one has . But I have seen a "soul" now in listening to Dimash. I've heard it and FELT it. I've listened to lots of music over the years, and lots of genres too. Never have I trembled. I've listened to SOS so many times, and Whats amazing ...many viewers don't even KNOW what he is singing ABOUT. But does it matter? His expression in voice gives us a good enough idea, enough to make you cry ! I hope many of you get to see him. I'm up in years, live on an island no great singer will ever visit ( unless they are shipwrecked or something) and not enough cash anyway ....but I will see him here and share the experience you present to me. Thank you for such a beautiful reaction video ! DIMASH is spellbounding. And SOS is the best choice ( to me) so far !

This was actually the first performance for the China competition's new season of The Singer 2017 [which was why the crowd was excited for it to start at the beginning] -- but what is often overlooked is that he was pretty much a complete unknown to that audience [he's from Kazakhstan and didn't speak any Chinese at that time], and he was the least expected or anticipated to do much since he was pretty much unknown to the audience [which is why he was placed to go first -- the most anticipated singers were set to perform last on that episode]. This was the first time the China audience and other performers in the back room on the show heard him sing. Between his first performance ["S.O.S." in French] and his 2nd performance [Vita's "Opera 2" in Russian], he quickly won their hearts completely. He posses multiple voice types - bass, baritone, tenor, countertenor and soprano. His vocal pallette is almost unheard for a male singer. His vocal range is 6 octaves (from E2 - D8) recently . His whistle register goes up to G#7 previously, but on the 16 Sep, he broke his personal highest note with a whistle register, D8 at Gakku Music Festival Almaty, Kazakhstan. The note D8 (4500-4800hz) which is 6 key higher than G#7 and 2 key more than 88 piano C8. The whistle (C8-D8) is trill one (5sec)...He had attended (invited by organizer as foreign special guest) the China Singing Competition, "I Am A Singer 2017" His very first jaw dropping performance for the China Competition and he became overnight sensation in China. Before the end of the Competition, Dimash won the "Best Asian Popular Singer" award and later won "Most Popular Foreign Singer" Award. Eventually, Dimash shocked the world. Great reaction! This is just the tip of the Dimash iceberg. There is so much more to experience! This was the first performance of Singer 2017, and Dimash was to sing first because he was unknown. The more popular singers were to sing last. Dimash blew the crowd away, and the other singers suddenly realized what they were up against. You should watch each song in Singer 2017 in order, except for Daybreak, because he had lost his voice the day before and had to have steroid shots just to perform. Daybreak was his weakest performance. When he sings Daybreak in his Bastau concert, it is phenominal. Please react to S2017, and Lionel Richie's "Hello" in his guest appearance on Singer 2018. AND... his own single "Screaming".

You are in Awww..yes we were there but we are still now..his lat performance of SOS was few weeks ago I think if you check Slovensky Bazar 2018 Dimash..he was a quest as he won the competition few years ago..just listen this last version of SOS and if you can believe how much his voice evolve and perfect...the purity of his voice is extraordinary...can you believe is a more perfect version of SOS??? Also you must know that he is a true artist..he also change the same song in every performance like you can be bored.????..but every performance is different.
