Her pointing out the clothes not acting like clothes got my ADHD ass stunlocked for like 10 minutes, thinking of how you'd get a cosplay like that to work. It looks so goofy on the character now. You'd almost have to create a pouch for each to fit in, with a seam on the breastbone and underneath each side; support would be hard that way though, while keeping the material taught. Unless the armor there was very rigid...but then there'd be nothing holding the pieces together across the chest. Or, maybe wear something somewhat flexible underneath, but have a sort of cover of the bodysuit material that's formed to fit her chest. Fabric is mostly a mystery to me; I'm sure she'll figure it out, given all her cosplayer experience.

Take notes from Madoka Magicka, booba sleeves. You form the fabric such that there's additional sleeves, which house the booba. You can even hide the seams under the armored bits, as described.

This may be a strange suggestion (not a boobie-haver myself) but maybe try a silicon mouse pad? They're easy to cut, you can get them as thin or thick as you want them, they're large enough to cover a desk, you can order them in basically any color you want, and they're less than $50. Just a thought. I'm sure whatever Sinder does will look amazing though. Not that her IRL VTuber physics weren't great, but I'm still impressed with the tail from the concert clips. Looked really cool and the movement was also really good.

All I can think of doing is mix up a ballistic gell mold mixed with skin color pigment, then cut a hollow for the girls to rest in. Then airbrush the leotard on using pantihose to get the proper look.

I've always found it rather humorous when character designers make the costume conform to the body to the extent that the costume essentially has titty pockets. It's really amusing. Like... obviously, it's to raise appeal, but I do have to suspend my disbelief somewhat with that aspect of costume design in media. I think it'd be funny if, at some point, one of these character designers even made a reference to it where they show the character out of their normal body suit and it just has like titty pockets built in so everyone can point and be like, "OHHHH... that's how that works." xD

As someone suggested already, most realistic way pull this off is to use bodypaint mimic the color of the bodysuit beneath the armor. Just need extra secure the armor plates so they stay on despite any possible jiggle physic shaking them (and ofc use protective pasties to cover sensitive parts so armor does not rub on them).

If the leotard is made out of nylon, you can use a heatgun or a powerful hair dryer to fix a pattern in place (the nylon fibers fuse together at the seam due to heat). You could use a mannequin with some foam behind to form the shape and use a windshield ice scrapper or a spatula to apply heat and form the nylon around the shape of the chest.

Could use transparent straps, the chest bits can be a bra. I've used those a few times like for a casino bunny outfit, they'll only be noticeable at very close range. They give the support because she essentially has a bra with the little plates, and it jiggles if you let it.

You can use a soft "string" bra, BDSM style and merge the middle part to the fabric, so it stays inside... If done right it will take the shape and resist hard movement... It works for hard BDSM Dresses, not sure if would for light cosplays material...

What if she uses fishing line to shape the leotard correctly? Here me out, it's thin enough to not be noticed and might be able to provide extra support. The main problem is the line cutting through the leotard due to the physical pressure of her body.

Many cosplay girls and guys, that would love to connect with you, that surely would be able to help..maybe offer ways to cut down on the how long it takes to do the project..without actually doing broken cheets. Making you into this steamy beast..possibly in time for a sooner show. Sorry I am an empty bucket for names, but, one thing intent communities have, is many people that have become accountablely awesome armorcos builders..and many don't keep secrets on how it's done well.

My only thought is to create seams down the middle of the cleavage and under the boob, then just create pockets that would form to the shape. There are several fabric types that are both strong and stretchy that could work. The only issue you'd run into is that generally, strength also means textured, which in turn can lead to irritation, but uou can make the boob pockets a second cloth and leave the rest of the top a different fabric type.

the way I can think to get the skinsuit to do that is to have the tension line, instead of being around the torso, be from shoulders to groin. The other option would be adhesives where it adheres to the skin all the way around the boobs.

She just needs to sew in a more durable material to go in-between the cleavage and underneath to create that effect. Think a capital T upside down that curved back around the ribcage. The material can be something like a thin plastic strip. Her other option could be to use masking tape to adhere it to the cleavage via a small loop sewn into the inside of the bodysuit, but sweat can cause that to fail. Could you just sow some sort of stretchy material right down between the breasts to pull the top part and bottom part of the shirt towards each other? Probably would make it hard to put on or remove, but it would allow it to form to the shape your looking for. Finding the right material and the proper length and tension would be a problem, you'd also want to have as many as possible, cause only having a few anchor points wouldn't give you a uniform tension along along the entire thing. Sorry if I'm not explaining this right.

Go concave, sinder! Hollow out the interior of the silicone boobs, reinforce it with something relatively stiff on the inside pressed to the interior in the proper shape, and they'll still bounce, but there's room for your girls, even for a bra. Or you could just wear a sports bra so your boobs don't have to be much of a factor underneath. Better support for the duration of the con anyway.
