With DeeJay’s voice very close to MJ’s, it would’ve been really easy to just do it karaoke style and copy. They featured his voice but still made it their own. I love that it’s more intimate because they slowed it down. I like the stripped down jazzy, bluesy, sultry, sexy sound of it. This isn’t a song I would normally spend a lot of time listening to. I am quite a bit older and while I appreciate the king of pop for his insane talent, the whole pop scene just wasn’t something I spent a lot of time listening to. This is now my favorite and that is a pretty big accomplishment.

There's a video he posted explaining why he's doing this and why he removed his Sick Boi track from all platforms. If you don't watch the whole video, watch the first few and last few minutes all the way to the end. It's relevant to any independent artist. It's a retribution track. He's ANGRY.
