Crafty, I agree that this was one of the best BTS videos to date. Much more technical and detailed, but then again, you were sharing "your" personal approach and process to preparing and performing the song. There's certainly a lot more going on behind the scenes than meets the eye! And don't sell yourself short, you may view yourself as a "Jack of all trades, but expert of none", but you clearly demonstrated both in the performance of the song and in this video that you have far more talent and technical knowledge than previously let on. And above that, you're totally humble about it. Awesome performance and great presentation of your process. 👏👏👏

Crafty, this is your best BTS video. I enjoyed the details despite not being a musician. I have no clue how you achieved what you did in 40 hours. It is a testament to your skill and experience. I always watch and comment on the videos. I have campaigned that you sing lead. Cracking job mate. I hope you get more opportunities up front.

Crafty, you did a great job on this song! There's nothing written that says "you must sing every note of every song". You guys as an ensemble made a great, energy-filled, version of this 80s masterpiece. A band is seldom greater than the sum of its members and your contribution to Sing It Live doesn't go unnoticed! Keep up the great work (and I follow Rick Beato too)!

Fantastic first up lead vocal Crafty - great stuff! Love your break down of the song as well - I really enjoy those technical explanations of the magic dust inside a song that the casual listener might hear but not really understand. And who knew Darren was a whiz with the angle grinder as well, on top of everything else he does?!

Your lack of ego makes your interest is producing the best version possible shine. Personally, this cover was as every bit as good as the original because you owned it and were afraid to let others shines. The whole team is amazing. Walking through your thinking about how you approached the project was very insightful to me. You're a great musician.

Currently since 2017 run a listening room for original music Café Artiste but my prior life and marriage I was a co owner of a recording studio. Will be following you, Darren and Singitlive! Will be sharing with some of the techies I know here in nyc and the jersey shore. It’s a wonderful community. A great way to do a double take on a guitar . 1 Record single guitar track . 2 Get Waves H-delay . 3 duplicate the guitar track . 4 Add H-delay to duplicate track . Delay around 15 to 20 m/s . Depth and modulation on slightly around 8 o'clock . Play with these to see what works . No feed back . 5 Pan one left , one right . Adjust volume as one will be way louder so cut by 50 % . There you go double take off a single track when in stereo . Nice wide Guitars

These vids are great. While the end product (the performance) allows me to just kick back and 'be there' in the moment, I've always found the journey to 'get there' to be the most fascinating and revealing - akin to a road trip, I gain a deeper appreciation for the destination by embracing what I experienced along the way. This is a favourite song of mine. I already have a high opinion of you, Darren and Sing It Live. But I admit when I saw the name of the track, I was daunted. (Can they pull this off?) Great job for your first time out and the perfect song for you to start with. Your vocal range at least based on that song seems to be in the lower tenor to baritone range, so you can probably sing songs from Billy Idol, David Bowie, Chris Cornell of Soundgarden, and Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots. It would be cool if you can a STP song like "Plush" or "Interstate Love Song."

@CraftyMusicTips 🎸🎸🎸Hey Crafty What's up mate! 🎵DON'T YOU FORGET ABOUT ME.🎵❤‍🔥YOU KILLED & ROCKED IT DUDE! YOU'RE SO KILLER AWESOME!❤‍🔥It's about time, I've been wanting you to sing lead forever now. DON'T YOU FORGET ABOUT ME is one of my favorite songs🎵and movies from the 1980s! This song and movie is SO ICONIC! ❤‍🔥CRAFTY, YOU TOTALLY "ACED & NAILED IT MATE! ❤‍🔥Your voice sounds insane and awesome! and so perfect for this song!❤‍🔥You guys killed this song and sounds just as awesome as the original version if not better. Crafty please sing lead👨🏽‍🎤in more songs.🎵I used to work at the movie studio🎥 where the movie was released. Crafty you need to give yourself more credit and positivity in singing these songs. Watching the videos it looks like you love and know these iconic 80s songs by heart and you're completely rockin' out🎸so naturally to every song. I never would have known until you mentioned it, that you didn't know these songs by heart and haven't heard them a million times already. Not sure where you live, but I'm assuming 80s music/songs🎵must not be very popular there. 🎵1980s music has been playing here for decades now and is extremely popular. Even if you don't like 80s music and songs you're gonna hear it playing, because practically every business is playing 80s music at grocery stores, restaurants, fast food places, retail stores, department stores, hair salons, car repair shops, radio stations and more. When you throw your arm and hand up in the air at the beginning of the video🙋🏽‍♂, which is the clip Darren didn't use in the video, that is so iconic and is exactly what Judd Nelson did at the end of the movie when the song Don't You Forget About Me was playing, it's also in the music video for the song. Crafty keep up the fantastic awesome work and keep rockin' out in the videos!!!🎸🎸🎸Looking forward to seeing you sing lead👨🏽‍🎤in more songs. PEACE OUT☮✌🏼
