Rojak 罗惹 (Singapore's Version) Ingredients (配料) : ½ Pineapple ½粒 黄梨, 1 Cucumber 1条 黄瓜, 200g Turnip 200克 沙葛, 1 Mango 1粒 芒果, 2 You Xiao 2条 油条, 2 Tau Pok 2个 豆卜, 100g Bean Sprouts 100克 豆芽, 1 Rojak Flower 1颗 火炬姜, Rojak Sauce (酱料) : 2 tablespoon Shrimp Paste 2汤匙 虾膏, 2 tablespoon Assam Water 2汤匙 亚参水, (1 tablespoon Assam Paste mixed with 2 tablespoon Water 1汤匙亚参膏加1汤匙水), 3 tablespoon Sugar 3汤匙 糖, 1 tablespoon Lime Juice 1汤匙 酸干汁, 3 tablespoon Peanut 3汤匙 花生碎 Cooking steps (做法): 1. 豆卜, 油条用空气炸锅炸熟放凉切小段。Tau Pok & You Tiao/ Fried fritters use air fryer to make it crispy & cut into bite sizes. 2. 亚参膏 (Assam) 用2汤匙热水稀释成糊(注意:酸),取出籽,将其它酱(虾膏/注意:咸 ),糖放入盆中搅拌均匀再 根据口味和罗惹沙拉分量调整酱汁。Add 2 tablespoon of assam paste (note: it's sour) to hot water, remove the seeds then add prawn paste (note: it's salty) and sugar then adjust the sauce against rojak's salad's portion accordingly to taste. 3. 把其它食材和酱汁,拌匀即可然后再撒花生碎。Put all the food ingredients into a bowl, pour in rojak sauce and mix well then sprinkle peanuts. 马来西亚的版本是水果罗惹。(如果不喜欢亚参(Assam)和虾酱(Prawn paste),可以用甜酱代替)。 Malaysian's version is fruit rojak. (if you do not like the assam and prawn paste, you can replace it with sweet sauce.
