Look bro. We're guys. A lot of us just take it and do our best to deal with stuff. No one really likes a whiny dude right? We don't really share stuff unless it's really really really messing us up. It's just not in most men's nature to be outwardly emotional. Yes mental health is important and understanding how to maintain is crucial so regardless of gender. Everyone should at least know when they can't handle stuff and ask for help.
