Unless you have been to those neighborhoods and right there along the beach in Newport, you just see big houses close to eachother but that area is beyond beautiful and one of the most calm beaches along the coast because it hasn’t blown up with tourism too much like a lot of the other cities around have. One of my top 3 favorite cities in California for sure. A lot of celebrities live there because it hasn’t been overran with tourism thankfully.
