@@Sabrina11113 please don't use that, or any other pill. Most of them are just stacked with high caffeine and sugar which leave you burnt out. Try natural sugars from fruit and green tea or lemon water for caffeine. I promise you, you wouldn't be sorry. I'm speaking from experience

Good for you. You look awesome. I’m glad you mentioned that even though you are on track you still have some different thoughts but its about controlling your mind. I used to have a trainer and I saw a huge difference in less than 2 months. I wish I was able to go back with a trainer. It seems like as soon as I finally decided to go back to the gym (I really don’t like them), and get a trainer she moved to another state, I was laid off my job and I haven’t been back in months. Ladies I have to admit going to the gym and having a personal trainer really helped keep me sane. I’ll be going back as soon as I can. As my doctor said it helps you not want to knock your husband out 😂
