I practice everyday in the car twice a day during commute. I do warmups and then sing along with a karaoke playlist recording myself (lots of red lights) making verbal notes like "work on this" then when I get home, I further analyze and practice those specific sections. My why is because I like to have something that can keep me busy, that is creative exploration and requires nothing at all except myself. And it feels so good! Recording myself (and even posting on youtube) was really difficult and uncomfortable at first but now I feel much more confident and don't even mind my own voice. Thank you so much for your videos! They have helped me tremendously 😊

Hello mam. I tried finding my vocal range through your video and got this doubt can you please rectify it?. By what I have checked the lowest note I can reach is B2 and highest I can reach is A#6. But I am really confused whether I did it right 😅. I just did the same way you told and I was able to go till A#6. But it seems like it's the last note I am quite doubtful whether I did it right ! How can I clarify that ??

Don't know if this is on-topic, but figured I'd ask: what's your experience with in-ear monitors and hearing protection? I'm just getting back into performing and it seems like they would help in the balance of band sound versus vocal strain. Thoughts?
