Also like story wise, so that you can understand at least a little bit of the show: the guys are ghosts (thus, the "phantoms") and the girl (julie) is alive. they died 25 years ago and kind of came back to life after she finds their instruments in her garage along with their album, then she plays their music and they appear. only she can see them for most part, but when they are singing/performing, everyone can see them. that's why they kind of just pop in in the beggining of the song and then they pop out.

I really think you would enjoy listening to more of their songs! They're REALLY great! I'd recomend "bright" and "stand tall" that are songs of the same band, "all eyes on me" that is sang by the mean girl from the show (but she's like super talent and that's what matters here) and "the other side of hollywood" that is sang by this evil ghost and it's just a jam!

The fact that Kenny Ortega said that if he hadn't any chance of renewing show he would reveal the ending and recently on a convention in Brazil he said that Julie and Luke were going to end up together, cause in the last episode on season 1 they not only materialized but also got back to life, so he would've seen his family again

Kenny didn’t want them to kiss cos Madison was only 14/15 yo when filming and Charlie was almost 20 so to cover themselves from a future lawsuit for assault or taking advantage of a minor, that’s why they don’t kiss. We were all waiting for it but due to the age difference and one being a minor, I like that they were respectful (and legal)
