Not good form at all. You call see that she's lifting the ball with her arms. You can tell by looking at her wrist. Proper technique involves letting the ball float up. Your hand is there just to guide the trajectory so it doesn't fly out and hit anyone/thing

@@mariammajidarain7120 not a doc Here. It might be because of your form, or it might be because the weight is too heavy. Other possibilities could be underlying conditions. If its the actual tailbone thats hurting, my best guess might be a broken bone. At the end, you might want to consult an actual Doktor.

You most likely used too heavy a bell or you have bad form. You also need to do warmups before using kettlebells.

That's not a snatch. It's just a press with lots of momentum from the ball getting thrown around. A snatch starts from the ground up

AS someone who's been lifting weights longer than this lady has been alive, I cringe when I see anyone swinging weights. i'm dealing with a back thats come back to haunt me many years later after I hurt it doing barbell curls with too much weight and swinging it up similar to what she's doing here.

It's safer this way than with shoes. Shoes aren't flat, they're made to roll. You need barefoot balance when swinging kettlebells
