Super workout as usual ! I'm a great fan of those series nice music and very clear explanations (I've completed 4/5 of the dumbbell shred series).... as beginner push-ups are still a little hard for me. Trying to do them on my knees ! :) Question : Do you have alternative exercices for push-ups ?

Sam, any chance we can get a copy of these videos without the music? 2 reasons: 1 - I need my own darkside banging techno to help me get through these. 2. People that are hard of hearing will be able to hear your instruction easier

Nice working, Samuel! I swapped the crash push up for an overhead tricep curl is my wrist is hurting after a sprain and press ups hurt like crazy at the moment !

Can you do any single kettlebell workouts without any swings or push ups?! I don't like the kettlebell swings or push ups! Presses and pulls are what works best for me! I enjoy your kettlebell workouts very much, I'm just not a fan of swings or push ups.
