I actually appreciate seeing a wide variety of tiny homes, including this one. I, too, live in a trailer. I just bought and moved into my 2nd trailer, which is a small toy hauler (with no slide outs.) I'm downsizing again as it's a little smaller than my 1st trailer. I have plans to personalize it after I organize what I need and get rid of the rest. It occurred to me today, why I fell in love with this little unit. It reminds me of a sleeper car on a train. That is one of the most magical, romantic feelings in the world to me. I'm so glad this is the path I've chosen to follow. Your little home has that same quality and I'm so happy for you. It doesn't get any better than this. By the way, I share my tiny home with 2 cattle dogs and 2 cats, all rescues. I totally agree with you that tiny home living is so perfect for animals.

I agree. I wish I could take mine camping to get out of just the normal play area. Me and 11 dogs going down the road. Lol just picture that. Funny sight. I do take them to my dad's farm about twice a year. It's all fenced so nobody can escape but run for the 2 days we stay. How much fun your dogs must be having plus help you out w heat in the colder months. You all are living the life. I wish you and your babies safe and healthy travels.

Bless and thank you for rescuing. I am up to my limit (11) for one woman to possibly work and still care for them. Yes I agree,it's a wonderful life for animals. I watched a bus couple with rabbits in a cage under the kitchen 3 cats few dogs and everyone had a space. The rabbits even ran free of the day. I found it wonderful. Can you see me and my 11 gong down the road. Lol. Your home is beautiful,love the colors you chose,and your dog bedding. Awesome comforter. I wish you well and I wanna day it made my day finding your video. I'm dog obsessed. My dream is to be fortunate enough to hire help one day to Save them all. I don't look for forever homes. If owner doesn't respond to ad in our local newspaper. They are home. Forever! Thank you for sharing your story. You are a lovely person with a very kind heart. Those four babies ate blessed.

Cute! Just for the tiny home/RV dreamers, from my experience while living at a long term RV park, not all RV parks allow for a little fenced in area for dogs. The one I lived in had a gravel parking spot and each lot had a small strip of grass. We were not allowed to leave anything on or around the grass (ie. No dog fence allowed) because a landscaper came to mow and blow once a week. Was a real disappointment...

You’re so right! In fact, most of the RV parks around here only allow 2 dogs. The one that I stayed in for a month made an exception for that stay. I’m lucky to be able to rent space on my partner’s property!

@@pwayne3580 Amazing how judgemental people can be of people they know nothing about. As for myself... I worked from the time I was 15 years old and prior to that babysat and cleaned houses. Out of my control I was struck with debilitating back issues as well as an autoimmune disorder forcing me into an early retirement and SSDI. I was brought up a Daddy's girl, taught to work hard and was strong as an ox. Who in the heck is ready to retire at 49? What's more who can afford to? I didn't file any Workers Comp Claim, sue anybody and I dont recieve Welfare.. But when you have no choice you make it work. My years of hard work did not pay huge monetay divideds so I had one of 2 choices. 1). Live in a run down Ghetto and barely skimp by or.... 2). Find a nice Park in a nice place and live in my RV. Now I don't owe you my story and I have no idea the story of this lady nor is it any of my business but If thats the life that works for her than I am happy for her.. I can tell you this... Be careful when you judge someone you know nothing about. Karma is a Bitch! If my late Husband could be struck with Stage 4 Cancer @ 48 years old and die 5 years later it could happen to any of us. You actually sound like a very bitter person. I'll be praying for you. To the lady who posted this... Thank you 😊 Your video will be inspiration for many. So many people believe anyone who receives an benefits/entitlements such as SSDI or even food stamps are automatically ripping off the government or undeserving. People forget that we pay into all of those systems and sometimes after we contribute to them we actually NEED to utilize them. That's what they are there for. Also, blows me away that when people live a non-traditional life style we jump to the person and believe they arent really working or they couldnt possibly hold a remote job

Hi Julie, my name is Alison and like you, I too have always wanted to live the,life you now have. I have just watched your video and I cried, thinking how beautiful your space was and how happy you must be, not only to be living where you do, but to be living with your gorgeous puppers ~~ I too have an affinity with them and could not ever see me living without at least one darling four pawed best friend. Having spent the last 20 years bring up my Fantastic Four, two boys and two girls, now 32 ~ 22, as a widow, my husband having passed away when my children were 10 and three under 4 years. I got cancer six mo this after he died and have had 20 years of very bad health issues, culminating in two comas are the beginning of the year, just before Covid. I am 59 and will never achieve my dream however I do enjoy watching people like you achieve your dreams. It makes me happy, then to see your fantastic family, I lost it ! Couple of questions if I can, having the two campers now, that means that you are permanently on your partner’s land, as you can’t move two trailers at a time ? Or do you take the two, both driving a trailer and park them side by side ? Having the sewerage waste option, this can only be used at certain points/sites that have this function ? Can the waste be somehow dumped on what you guys call, is it, BLM (?) land ? Now, your trailer, WOW, this is exactly how I would have pictured my own, self built trailer, I am a big blue person too. Your trailer would be nothing without the way you have decorated it and truly made it your own (still crying) ! Julie, do you work on the road and where you are now ? I love your cushions and other little pieces that make your trailer, uniquely yours. My children have all moved out and are living their own lives, although my 32 year old son returned home a couple of years ago and doesn’t look like moving out any time soon. As you love mood lighting, try using LED strips around the underneath of the bench tops. They’re out of sight but create an awesome glow. We have these in our camper. You can get the colour that matches your van. Just my 2 bobs worth 👍🏼

Glad to see that you have a real setup.... by that I mean.. connected to utilities that are needed.... with a bathroom inside. So great. ... Seriously. - Before this vid, I watched a guy with a tiny home... His home might as well have been floating in space. He had no inside bathroom, stoves but they were not usable / not connected to anything. No water piped in. The cabin / tiny house was on a few small rocks... No thank you....

I have my 2 Giant Schnauzers living in my Class C with me. Everything up front in the living area had to come out to accommodate my two ginormous crates for my Giants. Plus, the other two mid size crates for my two smaller mixed breed grrrlz and another crate for my cat. ALl my animals are rescues and I've been doing rescue for my breed, Giant Schnauzers, for 40 years, locally and nationally.

Looking good! I would put something in to hold the bed up, like the back of a lounge chair. It could be as simple as a 1"x2" on a hinge that can velcro to the underside when not in use. That way you don't have to hold it up. Air shocks is another option, but costs more and can get in the way.
