Thanks a tonne dude, so many drummers are doing the same exercises to a metronome around the world and it can get so stale and unmotivating, I'm glad to have helped! 🥁🥁🥁

The last 3 steps are wicked hard. I have to take a litte break between each one. For what it was designed to do, this exercise is as good as anything you can find, or buy, on the internet. If possible, I would recommend doing this exercise twice a day. Thank you for this.

Thanks man, the key for me was learning weak hand leading at slower tempos, it really evens them out when you switch back to high tempos with strong hand leading. Takes a while to get used to but so worth it 🥁🥁🥁

I broke down at 200 bpm. Good God, that's fast. I'm using your double stroke video and this one as practice just to try to keep up. Good stuff, man, and thank you for the videos.

I am a beginner so slowed it down 0.75 speed on youtube which worked really well! Could you please do a 'beginners' video?

Yes that's a great idea, keep an eye out for a 60-160bpm version soon. Thanks!

I do that with my metronome at 210 BPM 4/4 time. I’m 62 years old. Not bad for an old man.😂😂😂
