Damnit, Multiple Choice makes the difference in this one. A close loss to Dan and a close loss in Sudden Death. It sucks that this is where his singles season ends, Brendan deserves a title, and he will be getting it here on the 16th!

Yeah, absolutely. This run is historic... he missed ONE question this match. And he's pulled the 5 pointer like it's nobody's business. Truly impressive showing and I love how more and more of his character is shining through. The league is much better for having him in it (although the same can be said about The Barbarian, The Spider and The Bandit) and he deserves Rookie of the Year at this point.

I will continue to say that we need similar 5 point parity. Amazing match but plot points will always be easier than deep cast questions. It was essentially asking for roughly the 7th billed actor vs the title of a major motion picture. Nothing against the writers it will simply always be a difference of opinion. I have never seen secret window yet said that title before they finished the question. Either way, great questions, great match. Go liz.

Well, if you don't know anything about the movies its a 50/50 choice between 1408 and Secret Window, because Dreamcatcher and The Mist suggest different plots - solely based on their titles. The Scooby Doo question wasn't too hard either: Rowan Atkinson is the only "known" actor in the movie besides the Mystery Inc Crew and Isla Fisher. He's also the main antagonist and if they had asked for the actor who portrayed Benjamin Chudnowsky in The Green Hornet, this would've been a 2 or 3 pointer.

I know I've said this a ton of times, but holy hell this tournament is amazing. Collins is a championship level player. It's going to be crazy hard to beat him because I sure as hell haven't seen any weaknesses in his game yet. I'm shocked he missed the Intern question, but that's the only one. What a run. Hats off to Meyer for playing a spectacular match. That little strategic mistake bit him a bit. But he recovered extremely well and if this Meyer shows up in the title match, Shazam! is probably taking the belt.

Mark's new camera angle does look good, but I want to see Molly! lol but I'm glad he brought her out at the end. Despite the result, great match! Well, guess Collins is facing Liz, so SWAG and Liz take out another Korruption member. Go Liz! As for Brendan, this doesn't even really feel like a loss. He did so damn well, and has grown and evolved so beautifully in this league! He's a future champion, no doubt. Speaking of which, the way Brendan played in this match and the way Bibbiani has been playing they are both at the top of their game! With the way BOTH of them have been playing I easily see Shazam getting those Team Belts from Korruption. Their growth as individual players and as a team also shows what a great manager Coy is as well. Go Shazam, y'all got this!

Amazing match! Collins is a beast! Really wanted to see the Kid go for the belt but there's always next year and there's always the team belt. Thanks for a great show! With all the movies getting delayed, it's great to continue to have some incredible movie based entertainment. Now, I hate to complain because the match didn't have the result I was going for but come on with the 5 pointers! Collins question was a first rounder easily. Putting a name that movie up against an obscure character's actor is not even close to even. I understand the 5 pointers can't always be even and difficulty is subjective anyway but the parity here wasn't even close. Otherwise the question writers are fantastic but the choosing of what qualifies as a 5 pointer needs some deeper scrutiny IMO. May not have changed the result but it's still tough to see after the Kid's incredible pull.

The Coyote is a machine! Hitting the deepest of cuts... this guy knows more than anyone we've seen up to this point. Just think three years ago no one in the league would've gotten 15 points in this match. Now we have a guy who missed two questions (1 being in sudden death) losing to a guy who only missed one question.

Yeah, we'll see. All I know is Ethan is one of the best competitors in the Schmoedown and Liz has truly shown how dangerously lethal she is so if anyone should do it, it's them. Especially Liz taking down Bibbiani (Another GOAT in the Schmoedown) after he got Spinners Choice and she got Opponents Choice. Even if I don't get the result I want, I'm enjoying the hell out of this tournament though lol.

I thought The Star Wars Tournament was the best until this one (Especially when it has competitors that are back after being gone for months that I missed) The matches have been great, tough, close, and crazy. I also think this is the first time I've watched many matches where I wish both competitors could win cause I love them both so those matches are always bittersweet. I can't wait to see Ethan vs. Tom tomorrow but that will be another match where I'm torn. This Tournament would be perfect if they were in the studio, I'm having digital fatigue but still loving it.
