Personally I prefer authentic borscht from Eastern Europe over Hong Kong’s. Add a touch of sauerkrauts to serve the soup with a crusty rolls would be ideal 🥰 I enjoyed HK’s borscht before discovering the better versions closer to the origin of borscht, namely, Ukraine.
