I've listened to this on several videos and I have it on order, a very nice unit if used sparingly. Where, in your opinion, is this best place for mastering? My sound comes out of an HD2408XR into my 500 series rack and then into my mastering CD recorder. I have a stereo EQ in my rack, a stereo compressor/EQ, and now tubedrve. What is a recommended signal path flow?

So how would you say the sound compares to for example the black boc hg2? I was looking for a similar type of saturation unit but in series 500 format. Thinking this might be just that, or am i wrong?
