Hi Mike, thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear that your CGM product is working very well. Yes, you have to wait until the CGM stops monitoring and then the report will be generated. The history report is your glucose reading report, while the event report is what you have recorded, such as dieting or exercise. The history report allows you to create and share a report of your past glucose data, up to the last 15 days. 1. In the APP, tap the ‘Events’ button in the status bar at the bottom. 2.1 Tap ‘History Report’ and select the date range you want to view after the CGM stops monitoring. You can export it as PDF or Excel to your email. See attached image. 2.2 Click the ‘SHARE’ button in the right hand corner of the page to email the AGP report to anyone you wish to share it with. See attached image. Thank you for your time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Thanks for this, a terrific overview. Still not sure the belly is the best place for a CGM, but if it is comfortable and it works, that's great. I agree that the data feedback is is of primary importance and would therefore hesitate to buy the product. Seems to me to be a significant negative.

Totally agree, I'm afraid. I'll be testing the second one as well, but I'm not terribly confident about the device and I'm infuriated that I can't get my data back.

yes, compared to areas with thinner tissue or greater muscle movement (like arms or thighs), the abdomen minimizes fluctuations caused by external factors. Because the report is a PDF or CSV file, it can be shared by email. 1. In the APP, tap the ‘Events’ button in the status bar at the bottom. 2.1 Tap ‘History Report’ and select the date range you want to view after the CGM stops monitoring. Thank you for your time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know.

My endocrinologist would be thrilled to get such a reading from me. Can you email this information and graph?

The screen you see on the video can, I think, be shared, but it's nothing like as informative, complete or easy to use as the AgaMatrix. A serious failure, I think.

@@writerlywitterings Hi Mike, I'm still trying to work out how to send a report from my phone to the printer, the only way I can think of is to use another email address and send it to that and print off from there, but I do agree that the Aga Matrix is a pretty good bit of kit, also worth mentioning is that my first Matrix developed a fault, as you know the mmol/L or the American standard FLD/g is set automatically when you first set up your device according to the country you reside in, mine suddenly switched after a couple of months to FLD/g and I had to return it, the response I got was excellent a new kit was delivered next day with a post paid envelope to return the faulty one.
