Thanks @Don Roc. No you don't need to have the proof of funds document for EOI submission. The only documents required to create your EOI is IELTS test report reference number and ECA report reference number.

SINP requires license for academic certification documentation from a Canadian Architectural board. Can one use this same certification for express entry profile instead of WES . In other words is the board certification enough for both

@Pamela Guta IRCC only accepts Education Credential Assessment (ECA) from the below designated organizations: Comparative Education Service - University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies International Credential Assessment Service of Canada World Education Services (WES) International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) International Credential Evaluation Service Provincial license certification can't be used for ECA for Express Entry.

Yes, you must also create SINP Express Entry profile along with Express Entry profile.

Can doctors (MBBS) apply? NOC is not in demand occupation list for general practioner as far as i know...

If your job NOC code is not on the in demand occupation list, it will be on the excluded occupations list publications.saskatchewan.ca/api/v1/products/102709/formats/113851/download . If it's on the excluded list you can't apply to SINP under this program.

I have a query related to oid. I have been nominated by sinp oid stream. I have gained points for having relatives in Saskatchewan. Now applying for pr. Do i again need to send documents to ircc proving my relatives? The document to prove are already 8 months old which i have use apply for sinp. Please suggest

Yes you need to submit document proof of relatives to IRCC as well, all documents that you'll be submitting to IRCC must be latest and not older than 6 months.

Can one get an ITA without being in the express entry pool? IELTS expired so I was removed from the pool yet to enter the pool again and can I also submit application for this ITA with my new IELTS results?

You can't receive ITA if you are not in the Express Entry Pool. Once you submit your new IELTS results and you are accepted back into the pool you can receive ITA at that time only.

Hi sir, if 2 y of last 5y work experience was part time, it will be considered as 1 year? And one question about language eligibility, so for those who have only English test, 20 points will be the maximum point which they can get?

If your part-time work experience of 2 years was without any gap i.e. continuous and you can prove it with a reference letter, payslips, Tax returns and this part-time work experience is related to your full time work experience which has the same NOC Job code, then it will be considered as 1 year of work experience. Maximum points for English test with CLB level 8 or higher is 20 points.

@Varun KS Yes, you have the necessary qualification to get a high score on the SINP Points Assessment Grid, that can increase your chances of getting and ITA to apply for SINP.

Our CLB score is 6. Listening writing speaking: 6.5,6.5 and 6. Whereas in reading:5.5. Is their any possibilities of getting into Saskatchewan or any other provinces skilled worker program having an experience of 8+ years in accounts payable and other related to accounts. You should also checkout Atlantic immigration programs: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHfKm42ZftN3h68 where the required CLB is 4 and above. Also, accounting jobs are in demand in all of Canada so you can start applying for jobs in Atlantic Canada and if you land a job can immigrate to Canada through the AIPP program: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n2LIZYqloZygZ7s .

Due to pandemic all immigration program were only considering candidates who were already in Canada on a permit for immigration in 2020 and so far in 2021. Post September all immigration programs will start inviting foreign workers.

When your receive an invitation to apply for nomination you have to pay the fees, while submitting your documents. You don't have to pay fee at the time of EOI submission.

@sakshi verma Dentists NOC code 3113 is listed on the SINP Excluded Occupation List. Sorry, you can't apply under this category. But don't let any of that stop you. There are several PNP opportunities available through which you can move to Canada. Hang in there, with a CRS score of 465, you can get through Express Entry and hopefully by September there could be a FSW draw.

@sakshi verma Some provinces don't list occupation in demand and they only list ineligible occupations. Alberta PNP is one such program that does not have Dentists in ineligible occupations list. Dentists job is Regulated in Canada and requires a license to practice.
