Okay, I am a believer. I have had sinus pressure for a week. Making my molars on the one side hurt. Not sick just clogged, maybe allergies? I came across this video today and tried it. I can honestly say it worked. My molars stopped aching and I the pressure had released. Love it! No useless meds to dull the pressure. I cannot thank you enough for posting this video and helping me finally find some relief!

I had dental implants 3 years ago. I then developed a cyst and a pus pocket that penetrated my sinus cavity, which was found recently by a specialist last month. I went to my dentist a year ago and informed him of an extremely foul smell from my mouth despite meticulous oral hygiene. He gave me an antibacterial mouthwash that didn't eliminate the odor. I went back after a month to the dentist. I was told to dip a q tip in the same mouthwash and apply it to the area. Needless to say, it didn't work. A year later, which is at present, the orthodontist on a 3D CT discovered the cyst and pus pocket, which he removed and then did a bone grafting. He had me taking antibiotics for 1 month. Presently, on a repeat CT, my sinus on the side of the surgery is completely blocked. The doctor said it's thick and consistency of jello. I'm put back on antibiotics this time cipro since I started developing severe earache. Would this massage help drain this pus, or would it put more pressure in my ear??

I have had a sinus cyst for ages, when ever I have a cold, the pain in my teeth is unbearable, I need pain meds and cortisone sprays. They found it on the CT and Even the dentist checked it, it's sure a cyst in the sinus maxillary. But the ENTs in Germany didn't want to do surgery to remove saying sprays help anyway. But now it's starting to get more painful even without any cold or infection, nothing just randomly and so painful that I am grinding my teeth and the teeth are showing fracture lines needing night guard. I did this and it relieved a little bit of that pressure, making me swallow some discharge at the back of my throte, so I will keep doing this and I decided to find some one for acupuncture. Now I am in a country without anyone able to do the surgery or no free health care like in Germany, so I'll try acupuncture. If this helped then acupuncture will help in long term. Thank you.

My right maxillary is a mucocele (cavity full, 4 years ago 3/4 full). ENT has me on observation but all my reads point to inevitable bone reabsorbtion. He says endoscopic requires general anesthesia. I really do not like that idea. Some reads say it can be done using local but don't think he can be talked into that. Have resorted to massage looking for improvement. Yours is the best information yet. Question, has massage ever improved a cavity full mucocele ? or is going on a hunt for an ENT who can do it using a local going to be inevitable ? There is some sensation of throat drainage from massage pressure your technique especially. I have a general time frame for a scan in five months. Hoping with daily massage an improvement will show. Am a fit white man 75 if that matters. Daily vitamins and exercise only. All parts still there except for upper middle molars #2 and #15 which is how the right maxillary condition was discovered. In my late 20's over worked managed a muscle spasm on right side of neck. ER intern gave me shot of codine muscle relaxer and a few pills which never took. Fixed me up. He says anything else ? I say no but pointing at my neck I say but what was this ? He says how old are you ? I say 29. He says well you are older now. Now something is going to happen that never happened before. I said gee doc you could have gone all year without saying that ! Exercise, good nutrition and rest keep things going pretty good. This maxillary mucocele sneaky little thing. Weird to say but good thing I needed that tooth out or would have never found out about it. My medical library is only 16" wide counting a PDR and Merck. I have a lot of respect for you doctors and all your medical schooling. I gave up thinking about being a doctor when I found out about all the big words ! Great video and to the point. I'm following your instructions. Thank you.

Ok but what if your Eustachian tube is sucked in from pressure and won’t allow fluids to drain? I had a CT scan done last week and it showed I have sinusitis but was also told that about my Eustachian tubes. Been dealing with his off and on for about a year now.
@leannehartley79282 жыл бұрын
Try popping your ears loke if you were on an airplane. It should force air into tube thereby opening it. With the tube collapsed I would think it is creating a suction block. Air normally flows through tube.
@Explosivemango2 жыл бұрын
I have the same problem. Ears won't pop, completely clogged and I think I have eustachian tube dysfunction. Now what?
@showmetheway22 жыл бұрын
You're not supposed to drain ANY mucous into your eustachian tube. Sinus massages often provide symptomatic relief. The idea isn't to push mucous into the eustachian tube.If that were true then the massage would cause a middle ear infection.
