Sion, Switzerland | Backpacking Europe Day 7

Join me on day 7 of my 16-day backpacking trip across Europe!
We started out the day by immersing ourselves in the rich history and beauty of Sion's town center. We wandered through the picturesque streets, lined with historic buildings and colorful facades.
We went grocery shopping at Migros, one of Switzerland's largest supermarket chains. We explored the aisles filled with fresh produce, local delicacies, and Swiss chocolates. and grabbed some snacks or prepared food for our picnic later in the day.
Later we took a scenic bus ride to Mont d'Orge, a beautiful hill overlooking Sion. We found a cozy spot and enjoyed a delightful picnic surrounded by breathtaking views of the town and the surrounding mountains.
Dinner in Sion:
After a relaxing afternoon at Mont d'Orge, we headed back to Sion and indulged in a delicious dinner in the town center. Sion offers a variety of culinary options, from traditional Swiss cuisine to international flavors. Treat yourself to a memorable dining experience and savor the local specialties.

Love Sion, used to live there when I was a kid, and your video was pure nostalgia. Familiar with all the grocery stores you mentioned, and most of the spots you showcased, such as La Planta. Can't wait to go back someday soon.
