If you think about it Morgana's fate was worse than Ursula's, yes Ursula's death was more gruesome but at least she died, Morgana was encased in ice and was still clearly alive while sinking, so she'll be trapped there in the cold darkness all alone to slowly starve to death.

Perhaps Yamada (Digimon: Adventure) will have the required darkness to keep the curse while still being himself. At least until Ruvick or the Matriarch (both from "The Evil Within") turns the twins against dear old daddy. I mean, seriously. Telling your son your birth mother is dead ?
