The uke bass and upright has more "thump" and the electric has more bite to it. All of them sound great!

Yeah a p bass with the tone set down on some flat wounds would sound thumpy like the Ubass without as much depth IMO

Beautiful. I like that silky-smooth deep bass of uke! Could you comment, if it is easy to emulate such sound playing regular bass guitar and using some hardware sound processors? Since my friend said this, but I believe, might this be unique sound due to very different uke's strings (comparing with regular bass guitar). And I am not bass guitar player, just have medium scale electro acoustic bass guitar at home with no time to take lessons currently.. :)

Your playing is SO on point. One of the only covers I've seen that goes for the little trills. I would have thought the floppiness of the uke and the broadness of the upright would make it a lot harder but you make it sound effortless.

Those rubber strings have so much personality. The U basses with metal string are the worst - just like an uncanny valley of bass tone. But these really have their own thing going for them. The bassist for Kenny Loggins uses one for all their acoustic songs, and it sounds awesome even in a large theatre.
