He is one of the unique Papua New Guinean...during his days leading rewards pre-Independence and towards Independence...Great leader.

He foresaw and mentioned PNG subsequent future way back before independence and I fully agree with him on this.

This is something foreseen by one of the key founder of this nation. He approach to governance is to decentralized power to the lower tiers of government reducing power from the center. He alluded to the Presidental system to ensure stability and that the president is made to account by the people. Politicians, please take heed of his wise words and the vision he has for PNG.

A federated state under one constitution, like Australia, is one that will respect the diversity in PNG but pays homage to a central government.

he was right - already had seperatists movements which have been around for a long time and new ideologies regarding this coming up all the time. Autonomous Provinces seem to be growing.
