I could get a glimpse of Branson's core when he mentioned this in a video: "People are much like flowers, if you water flowers they flourish, if you nurture people they flourish." So my point is, lets put our focus on people. Hint: look up what's the ONLY diploma hanging on Warren Buffet's personal office and you could get the bigger picture. Rock on, mate!
