"Aap apney aas pass greenery dekhein, sweat chirping of birds suney aur God ka shukriya karein ki kitni khoobsurat nature banaee hea." Thankyou sooo much Shaheeda... From yesterday night I had severe headache till today morning... I ate Dolo650 tablet but still no relief but today morning I did this asan for 5mins as u explained and my headache gone away..I m a big fan of yours now & I wish to meet u after this corona virus goes away completely to say thanks personally... I have Sinus & my left nostril gets blocked sometimes and headache also... So pls suggest some good yoga exercises
