इस वीडियो में भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करने के सही तरीका और उससे होने वाले अनगिनत फायदे बताये गए हैं।
किसी भी प्राणायाम के फायदे ज्यादा से ज्यादा उठाने के लिए उसको सही तरीके और नियम से करना बहुत ही जरुरी है जो की अच्छे से इस सेशन में बताया गया है।
भ्रामरी प्राणायाम को अंग्रेजी में Bee Breath भी कहा जाता है , जो मधुमक्खी के पंखो से निकलने वाली ध्वनि से प्रेरित है।
भ्रामरी के फायदे :
1. ये करता है हमारे अजना चक्र को सक्रिय
अजना चक्र प्राणिक तन का हिस्सा है जो दोनों भवों के बीच में स्तिथ होता है। ये तीसरी आंख ya fir third eye भी कहते है।
इस चक्र से हमारी पीनियल ग्रंथि सक्रिय होती जो एक हॉर्मोन बनाती है - मेलाटोनिन .
जिसकी वजह से हमारी नींद अच्छी होती है , ब्लड प्रेशर नार्मल होता है , अनियमित मासिक धर्म ठीक करता है और हमारी याददाश्त को भी बूस्ट करता है यानी की बढ़ता है। छात्रों के लिए ये प्राणायाम सबसे ज्यादा जरुरी है
2. जिन भी लोगों को वर्टिगो है यानी की चक्कर आते हैं उनके लिए ये बहोत अच्छा है
3. टिनिटस यानि की कान में ध्वनि सुनाई देना उसके लिए भी भ्रामरी जरूर करना चाइये
4. ये हमारी आँखों की रौशनी भी अच्छी करता है
5. चेहरे की मांसपेशियों को ढीली पड़ने से रोकता है और चमक बढ़ाता है
6. हमारे तंत्रिका तंत्र यानि की नर्वस सिस्टम को शांत करके स्ट्रेस और एंग्जायटी कम करता है
7. प्रतिरक्षा तंत्र यानिकि इम्यून सिस्टम के लिए बहोत अच्छा है
8. जिन लोगों को अपने क्रोध पर काबू नहीं होता है उनको काफी मदद करता है
9. घबराहट कम करता है
इसको सीखेंगे हम तीन स्टेप में :

Excellent teaching the best understanding of meaning of word . Never heard this type of bhramari pranayam . Sure having small age you may be the best yoga teacher .last while teaching you lost your identity in other that is yoga .

Bhramari pranayama very well explained. Thank you very much. You asked for any suggestion that is why I am telling you that when we inhale, the diafram goes down (not up) as you told in this video. The downward movement of diafram makes the space for lungs to get the air into the lungs. When we exhale, the diafram goes up pushing the lungs to vacate the air. Once agin I thank you for giving such a nice demo.

Bravo, first time some one told about khechri mudra to be used during bhramri prayanam. Very well explained. Nowadays I see that various yogas centres ( few exceptions are there) in various cities which have mushroomed are doing more harm than benefit.
