Its only rumors that sira is compulsorily needed to work as security guard in uae.there is no proper rules for it.there are many companies who donot takes security guards for sira.im in a company since 8 month i asked them almost 100 times to take sira classes for me.and i realized that there are more other companies like mine which are very bad.police even dont check for guards id they have sira licen or not Being honest i feel like there is no proper system in uae in comparison of other middle east like qatar
