The sun seems to be quite low on the first shot (see the shadows, like the shadow of the curtains or the frame on the wall), it's summer, for all we know it could be ~5 am, maybe 6 am... and not earlier only because I checked what's the time of sunrise on August 1 (in 2021 though) in the area the Weasley's house is supposed to be located (Devon, south of Great Britain). It could be bright earlier but probably not so much sun shine... I think in the books it was more clear that they got there very early in the morning. In the movie, it's not really that clear.
