Yes! Loved the Reader's Digest and learned so much from it! Got some great jokes from it too. Green stamps were a regular thing in our house. We should be able to expect our elected officials represent the will of the people, not their own self-interest. The notion of what us right, honorable and ethical seems to have taken a back seat to power. Thank you, Mr. Costner!

You make an interesting point, I however would go not that far but I would like to see the gerrymandering of districts to be gone as well as the electoral college replaced by the popular vote and while we at it let's get that money out of the election process.. I'm sure there are better uses. But yes, the current system is not so much an informative election system and more a for profit reality show thunder dome style with most of us being profited off
