Yan nga ang problema sa salary eh. Napakalayo ng diperensya. Pero sa mga trabaho ng school head damay ang teachers while ang trabaho ng teachers sa teachers lang. For school head's promotion, damay ang teachers in gathering MOVs. But for a teacher's promotion, solo nya lang hahaha!

Sir may I know the Deped order na pinagbasin sa HT1 kung saan 3 years teaching experience regardless kung T1,T2 or T3?

@@Issyxiee I think Mam when it comes to ranking for HT especially elem HT, the localization does not apply, as long both of you are within the Division.
