Preparation Time - 45 mins
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Sooji - 4 tbsp
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Water -1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds (crushed ) - 1/2 tsp
For sugar syrup :
Sugar - 1 cup
Water -1 cup
Saffron - 1 pinch (optional)
Process:
1.Mix all the ingredients and rest it for 30 minutes
2. Add sugar and water in a pan
3. Boil it for 10 mins on low flame and turn off the flame
4. Mix the batter Once
5. Pour the batter in pan like this
6. Cook it on low-medium flame
7. Fry it from both the sides.
8. Put the Malpua in sugar syrup
9. Rest it for 15 minutes
10. Ready to serve

Ami ajkey banachhi malpua. Already sobkichu 30 minutes jonno rekhe dilam. Ajk amar mon jachhilo malpua khete. Utube open korlam r dekhchi ajkey tumi 4 hours age u tube e diyecho. Bah .... Ami khub khusi. R ami tomar moto kore 50 bar chicken biryani baniyechi. Barite sobai khub bhalo hoyeche bole. R amar meyer jonno besi kore banai.. O khub biriyani khete valo lage....
