There's a misplay with "not dead after all" it won't work with Grafdigger cage on the battlefield And at the same time, when the Krrik player cast saw in half on the Xiahuo dan creature in won't work anymore if his response is to sacrifice itself. Saw it half needs to destroy the target creature in order for it to work

ends up not mattering but at 14:24 Geoff would NOT get 2 copies of Xiahou because he forced the saw in half to fizzle by sacrificing it to its ability first. Saw in half specifically states that "if that creature dies this way"

Getting the Saw in Half tokens only occur if the Saw in Half was what destroyed the creature. Geoff sacrificed the Xiahou in responce to the Saw in Half target, so Saw in Half would not make the tokens as it was not waht destroyed the creature, the sac ability did. He could have SiH for the 2 tokens then sacced the 2 token, just not the original as well.

Saw in half would not trigger because the creature was sacrificed instead of dying to saw in half. Even if it does trigger, legend rule would kick in after ETB so he has to sacrifice one of them.

10:18 palkitina should be dead. They were at 5 took a hit for 1 and the revealed a 4 drop so they should be out. Also the turn before they didn’t draw the extra 5 cards for the vortex damage off the deadly rollick.

Pretty sure he doesn’t make two copies of Xiahou if he sacs him in response to the saw in half. Tokens are only created if he’s destroyed by saw in half, which wouldn’t even resolve if it’s no longer a viable target

You actually couldn't. The legend rule is a state based action so there's no window to sac it. It just happens. So priority attempts to go to player, games sees the board state is illegal, and corrects it. This can't be responded to, so he couldn't sac it. It would just be put into the graveyard and dissappear, ultimately ending in you just having a single weaker One Eye

Wasn't the saw in half a missplay? The card says "if it dies this way, create two tokens", but Geoff sacced in response to the target and still created 2 tokens. Am I missing something?
