How about asking him to give you a demonstration, or bringing his family members to do so? Tell him that his big Nigerian sisters on KZbin are upset with him for being so unkind and we DEMAND that he changes his ways. 😡 🥰

Hya... finally finally I hear someone actually stating the fact that the bell peppers we get in Europe isn’t anywhere near the tatashe peppers ... I lived in naija for two years and cook with tatashe and rodo... the combo is fabulous... I always find I can’t really do any soups with the European bell peppers as they give totally different taste.... cheers 😊😊😊

Girl, ever since I discovered bleached palm oil, I batch bleach and add a tablespoon to every Nigerian stew or soup I make even when main oil is vegetable. I don't know but the bleached palm oil elevates the taste to a different level.
@josephabraham32863 жыл бұрын
But when you bleach palm oil you kill all the nutrients in it like the vitamin A and all the carotenoids which are very healthy and good 4 your health.

OMG! My secret is out!! Those smokec red peppers are the best for "Ewa aganyi" "Can't be beat!" LOL Available at most Hispanic stores. Next time, just soak your stock fish overnight in salt water. No boiling required. Usually I buy in bulk, soak overnight, debone and store in the freezer.
