I remember watching this movie as a teen. I remember hearing the song at end but never listened to the words. At 50 this song moves me. "So do your own thing"... thank you Sister Carol for changing my world.

😁 Besides loving the music, I picked up rocking a T-shirt and skirt from Sister Carol. One of the few fashions I tried in the 80s that I can still use. 😂

I shook Sister Carols hand once. At an obscure bar on the north side of Chicago. About 1994. Really cool. She root rocked reggae all the time for the people. It was a small club but a huge performance.

This movie changed my artistic outlook in so many ways inspired me to go to nyc and be an artist movies just dont move or touch me like this anymore at 40 this scene gives me tears and chills.
