Church shopping? The girls were 20 and 21 when this scene was recorded. Robyn reminds me of the family member who wants you to pick THEIR choice for YOUR wedding venue. They come to every visit to 'help' and find and point out every flaw in the other options. They are there to manipulate the process so that their choice is your only 'reasonable' option. I struggle to see Robyn as having an open mind about religion. Kody's mind was slammed shut. It's crushing that the girls don't have the confidence to investigate and make their decisions on their own. Robyn is micromanaging the search.

And I am sure they tried to tell him about things and I am also sure he went right back to Robin and told her what the wives were saying and feeling. I really don't understand how, as a mother, Robyn can sleep at night. The bare minimum she could do is make her home a welcoming place for all the kids or how she could even be attracted to a man who'd abandon all those relationships with his kids. Whatever issues you have with the adults, the kids and adult kids shouldn't be hurt. The OG3 made it work for the kids even if they had personal issues with each other.

Robyn’s control of her daughters is weird and damaging! They seem to have arrested development. They both look depressed and on the verge of tears every time we see them! It’s bizarre! Maddie, Mykeltti and Aspen were all married by the time they were the ages of Robyn’s daughters. The difference in the maturity and independence of the OG13 to these girls is mind blowing!

Robyn & Kody let it slip at the picnic table showdown on Coyote Pass with Meri that Kody had made a ‘covenant’ with Robyn that he would never have a pitiful ‘marriage’ with her, an exercise in duty rather that devotion - so it was clear that the truth about his marriages with the OGs was something that Robyn was well aware of when she married him. There would have been NO reason whatsoever to have that covenant between them if it wasn’t meant to be a stark contrast to his faux limp marriages with the OGs. So from jump, Robyn & Kody set things up that theirs was the TRUE marriage and the others were pale imitations. Robyn KNEW the state of those marriages going in was not solid, otherwise that covenant would not have been necessary. Robyn thinks the truth is what she says, not how she lives. Sometimes I think she’s genuinely psycho, for real.

And if Kody has to pay out child support (I don't want to assume he has or has not paid), it will be Kody's fault that he didn't resolve the matter with Christine. Robyn can complain about child support taking food out of "her" kids mouths. Robyn can complain that she has to accommodate Truely. She can get just so much mileage as the "stepmom" in this situation. And then if they're still resolving CP with Meri and Janelle, there's that (although I suspect they've come to some conclusion because of the house sale in Flagstaff, the purchase of the property in NC, and Meri updating the B&B).

I know you are awesome about reading comments and I greatly appreciate it. I work at a pet hotel and just heard that Meri’s dog Zona is having digestive issues. If you see this can you pass this advice along? She needs Proviable-Dc probiotic, it is fantastic and works quickly! Then Authority makes a sensitive stomach pumpkin purée in a can which helps while the dog is having loose stool. Lastly Authirity has a sensitive stomach recipe kibble (we use lamb) which she might try, it has been the best thing for our Husky with a super sensitive stomach. Dogs that are high anxiety or easily stressed are more prone to blood in their stool as well as committing and it isn’t uncommon at all. I hope this helps and that her pup recovers quickly🙂

I had looked up online the birthdates of Robyn and son and she was not a teen when he was born, it seems like it was a few months shy of 20. If you go back to when they were in rentals in Vegas before they built, Kody had church on Sunday mornings. On one Sunday, Robyn held the service on the topic of purity to the teenagers. Robyn said that she made a big mistake and said he first husband took her purity while she was a teenager. She more or less said the first husband abused and raped her while she was youngand she got pregnant. Her girls look modified.
